I have over 30 years of front-line experience working with people who are dealing with all sorts of life and health issues, working with people living with mental illness, and educating clients, families and health professionals about mental health. I am comfortable and effective with a broad range of topics, from the mundane everyday to the really difficult ones. 

I am a great believer in adult learning and I run practical down-to-earth workshops about mental health. 

I give step by step easy to understand guidance when it's needed.

I am comfortable with all audiences and welcome diverse perspectives in workshops.

I am comfortable and very effective as an educator and love to learn and share my knowledge with everybody. Try me!

I am a credentialed Mental Health Nurse and an Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
