about first things first mental health...

Throughout my career I have been lucky to share my vast experience working as a facilitator, educator and lecturer with Queensland University of Technology and Griffith University Schools of Nursing, and in various educational and project roles within Queensland Health.
I approach workshops in a down to earth way and use easy to understand no-nonsense language. I have a knack for getting down into the 'nitty-gritty' of your issues very quickly and effectively. Then we can work together to improve your understanding of mental health.
My approach to workshops is based on your needs, drawing from my knowledge and experience.
I have extensive experience within both the traditional lecture-style educational technique, facilitation of small groups and the problem based educational perspective. I enjoy all modes of learning and can adapt the style to the group's needs.
What this all means is that I have a wealth of theoretical and practical knowledge to share with you.
Simply drop me an email and say g'day, or call me on +61 7 3103 0273 and we can organise to have a chat. You can call anytime because this number is set up on my computer and will pick up your calls at any time, day or night.

"It’s often been pointed out that, when one seeks – no matter what the field is – one seeks most effectively amongst those who have “experienced” the field you are searching in. Catherine, you have such a rich depth and breadth of life experience and such a sense of compassion that this path you are embarking on will be a wonderful contribution into the world and into the individual lives of those who find you and turn to you. Best wishes." Barry, Perth, Australia
