I am a fully credentialed Mental Health Nurse and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor. In order to help people provide initial support for someone with a mental health problem, a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training course has been developed.

If you or your service or community wish to attend a workshop in Mental Health First Aid please send an email to and state if you are interested in attending a course or you would like a course at your workplace.


The courses are 12 hours in duration and can be run over:

* two days of 6 hours or

* four sessions of three hours duration (evening courses 6-9pm)


Where

The courses can be held at your workplace or you can book yourself or your organisation into a session in 2010. Check back to this website for more details in the near future.
