Skype counselling provides a quick and easy alternative to telephone or
face-to-face/person-to-person counselling. With Skype you can talk with your counsellor from anywhere in the world through your computer. You do not have the cost of telephone calls or travel to worry about. You can choose to speak face to a face through the use of a webcam, or you can have voice to voice contact.

Skype is most useful if ...

... you are in an isolated area and cannot physically get to a therapist, or

... you are overseas or interstate and prefer the free internet contact that skype offers all users world-wide, or

... you just might prefer this mode of contact for your own reasons.


Skype can be used to discuss your problems with or without a webcam so you can be in touch via Skype for:

* face-to-face contact
with the use of a webcam (this mode is most useful if you wish to see who you are talking to and have a face-to-face level of therapeutic contact), or

* voice-to-voice contact
if you live or are traveling overseas or interstate where phone contact is not an option for you or if you do not wish face-to-face contact and telephone contact is not an option.

If you would prefer to have your counselling sessions over skype then it is as simple as:

1. Email with a brief outline about what is troubling you and your availability for telephone counselling.

2. You will receive a return email within a maximum of 3 working days of receipt of your email with instructions and my matching availability.

3. If you wish to proceed, purchase your telephone counselling session through the eshop section of this website.

4. You will receive a final return email with an appointment time within a maximum of 3 working days of receipt of your payment.
